Delivery Terms - Trendara

Shipping Partners: We use USPS, UPS, and other reliable courier services to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for all orders.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery Timeframe: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Handling Time: 1 to 4 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)
  • In case of any delays due to stock issues or unexpected processing times, we will notify you via email or phone.
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery on the respective courier’s website.

Change of Address:

  • We cannot modify the delivery address once an order has entered processing or production.
  • If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Parcels Damaged in Transit:

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service team immediately.
  • If the parcel was delivered while you were not present and is found to be damaged, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Customs & Duties:

  • VAT, customs taxes, and import duties are not included in the order process and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Trendara is not liable for any additional customs charges.
  • Customers are responsible for covering any return shipping costs associated with sending a product back to us.
